A single component silicon acrylic heat resistant finish upto 220 °C. With outstanding weather resistane, durability and good chemical resistance. It’s a smooth and glossy finish.

Can be applied to vessels, pipe that are operating at elevated temperatures

Chlorine free and can be applied to stainless steel

Can be applied to non-blast cleaned surfaces

Volume Solids (Based on ASTM - D2697) - 37% + 2%
Typical Dry Film Thickness - 50 Microns
Wet Film Thickness - 135 Microns

Designed Use: Suitable as topcoat for upto C5 Environment as per ISO 12944 Part 2.

Shelf Life: 12 months from date of manufacture
Other information: A number of Berger Primers can be adopted depending on contract requirements and temperature. Not suitable for immersed conditions. May also be applied between 15 and 25 microns dft.
