A solventless, high build, high solid epoxy amine coating of good chemical resistance. It has excellent resistance against fresh and salt water and low water permeability.

Finish coat for steel works and non-ferrous substrates, lining of steel, etc.

Can be applied to non-blast cleaned surfaces

Volume Solids (Based on ASTM - D2697) - 95% + 2%
Typical Dry Film Thickness - 200 Microns
Wet Film Thickness - 210 Microns
VOC (Test Method -USEPA 24) - 45 gm/ Ltr

Airless Spray

Additional Information

Designed Use: Suitable as topcoat for upto C5 Environment as per ISO 12944 Part 2.
Thinner/ Cleaning Solvent: Solvalux 7-45
Packaging: 5 Ltrs & 20 Ltrs
Shelf Life: 24 months from date of manufacture.
Other information: Common with all epoxies this product will chalk or discolor on exposure to sunlight . May also be applied between 150 and 200 Microns DFT.
Colour: Limited Range

POPULAR SYSTEM

One or two coats of Epilux 518 @ 150/200 microns dft per coat applied over Epilux primer. Please consult Berger Representative for recommending suitable paint system
