Polyamide cured epoxy reinforced with micaceous ironoxide that provides a tough chemical resistance build / finish coat. It is resistant to moisture, salt spray, mineral oil and abrasion. BS 5493 Ref meets performance of KU1D and KF1F.

Additional Information

Designed Use: Suitable as Intermediate for upto C5 Environment as per ISO 12944 Part 2 along with suitable topcoat.
Thinner/ Cleaning Solvent: Solvalux 7-45
Packaging: 5 Ltrs & 20 Ltrs
Shelf Life: 24 months from date of manufacture
Other information: Common with all epoxies this product will chalk or discolor on exposure to sunlight. Dry heat resistance upto 130 �C. May also be applied between 75 and 150 Microns DFT.
Colour: Dark Grey, Light Grey

POPULAR SYSTEM

One coat of primer Epilux / Zincanode / followed by one coat of Epilux 58 @ 100 /150 microns dft per coat followed by suitable topcoat. Please consult Berger Representative for recommending suitable paint system
