An epoxy polyamide anti corrosive primer that is used for interior or exterior steel. It has excellent chemical and abrasion resistance.

Blast or holding primer for use in marine and other corrosive environment

Acts as a tie coat over zinc silicates

Can be applied to non-blast cleaned surfaces

Volume Solids (Based on ASTM - D2697) - 42% + 2%
Typical Dry Film Thickness - 40 Microns
Wet Film Thickness - 95 Microns
VOC (Test Method -USEPA 24) - 509 gm/ Ltr

Additional Information

Designed Use:Suitable as primer for upto C5 Environment as per ISO 12944 Part 2 along with suitable intermediate and topoat.
Thinner/ Cleaning Solvent: Solvalux 7-45
Packaging: 20 Ltrs
Shelf Life: 24 months from date of manufacture.
Other information: Common with all epoxies this product will chalk or discolor on exposure to sunlight. Dry heat resistance upto 120 �C. May also be applied between 40 and 50 Microns DFT.
Colour: Red Oxide

One coat of Epilux 610 @ 40/50 microns dft per coat followed by suitable intermediate or topcoat. Please consult Berger Representative for recommending suitable paint system
