A two pack high solid epoxy phenolic tank lining which has excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals.

Used as a tank lining for chemical storage tanks

Can be applied to non-blast cleaned surfaces

Volume Solids (Based on ASTM - D2697) - 82% + 2%
Typical Dry Film Thickness - 125 Microns
Wet Film Thickness - 152 Microns
VOC (Test Method -USEPA 24) - 180 gm/ Ltr

Additional Information

Designed Use: Suitable as topcoat for upto C5 Environment as per ISO 12944 Part 2
Thinner/ Cleaning Solvent: Solvalux 7-45
Packaging: 5 Ltrs & 20 Ltrs
Shelf Life: 24 months from date of manufacture.
Other information: Common with all epoxies this product will chalk or discolor on exposure to sunlight . May also be applied between 125 and 150 Microns DFT.
Colour: Buff & Grey

One or two coats of Epilux 814 HS@ 125/150 microns dft per coat applied over Epilux primer. Please consult Berger Representative for recommending suitable paint system
