A high solid high build surface tolerant low voc self priming aluminium flake anti corrosive epoxy primer which can be applied to galvanised steel and old or new steel following the recommended surface preparation.

Additional Information

Designed Use: Suitable as surface tolerant primer for upto C5 Environment as per ISO 12944 Part 2 along with suitable topcoats.
Thinner/ Cleaning Solvent: Solvalux 7-45
Packaging: 5 Ltrs & 20 Ltrs
Shelf Life: 12 months from date of manufacture.
Other information: Common with all epoxies this product will chalk or discolor on exposure to sunlight. This product is not suitable for use in Immersed condition without a topcoat. Dry heat resistance upto 120� C. May also be applied between 75 and 150 Microns DFT.
Colour: Natural colour of Aluminium

POPULAR SYSTEM

One or two coats of Epimastic 5200@ 75/ 150 microns dft per coat directly over mechanical cleaned surface with suitable topcoat. Please consult Berger Representative for recommending suitable paint system
