A two component high build high solids super durable epoxy modified isocyanate free polysiloxane topcoat designed to provide dual benefits of corrosion protection and resistance to harsh weather.

Offers properties both of high performance epoxy and polyurethane in a single coat

Excellent gloss, colour retention, corrosion & chemical resistance

Can be applied directly over inorganic zinc silicate primer

Volume Solids (Based on ASTM - D2697) - 90% + 2%
Typical Dry Film Thickness - 100 Microns
Wet Film Thickness - 110 Microns
VOC (Test Method -USEPA 24) - 90 gm/ Ltr

Additional Information

Designed Use: Suitable as topcoat for upto C5 Environment as per ISO 12944 Part 2.
Thinner/ Cleaning Solvent: Solvalux 7-73
Packaging: 20 Ltrs
Shelf Life: Part A (Base)12 months / Part B (Hardener) 6 months.
Other information: This product is not suitable for use in immersed conditions without a topcoat. May also be applied between 50 and 125 Microns DFT.
Colour: Limited RAL Shades

POPULAR SYSTEM

One or two coats of Epotuf 742 @ 50/ 125 microns dft per coat over Zincanode primer and / or with Epilux intermediate coat. Please consult Berger Representative for suitable paint system recommendation.
