A high build single pack alkyd anti-corrosive primer pigmented with zinc phosphate anti corrosive pigments that can be applied to metals where for economic or practical reasons blast cleaning is not possible. It gives a hard tough film that reduces damage during erection.

Additional Information

Designed Use: Suitable as primer for upto C2 Environment as per ISO 12944 Part 2 along with suitable intermediate and topcoats.
Thinner/ Cleaning Solvent: Solvalux 7-9
Packaging: 1 USG & 5 USG
Shelf Life: 12 months from date of manufacture
Other information: Not suitable for immersed conditions. Cannot be overcoated with 2 pack products and vinyl's. Should be overcoated quickly if external durability is required. Dry heat resistance upto 80� C. May also be applied between 25 and 50 Microns DFT

POPULAR SYSTEM

One coat of Luxaprime 1400 @ 50 microns dft. Two coats of Select All in One Enamel @ 30 microns dft per coat. Please consult Berger Representative for suitable paint system recommendation.
